I specialize in luxury residential projects, from penthouses and luxury condos to high-end second homes and investment properties. Yes, I frequently collaborate architects, contractors, and craftspeople. I can join projects at any phase, however, being brought in at the start of a project, benefits you and the project partners to establish a harmonious and coordinated approach – from initial planning to construction coordination to final furnishing. My established relationships with premium trades ensure seamless communication and exceptional results.
What if my partner and I have different tastes?
Start by collecting images of your favourite decor photos and highlight what specifically you like about that image, is it the sofa style? the arm design of chair? the curtain style, the specific colour of the tile, the detail on the fireplace, etc.. Over time, you’ll likely start seeing a pattern of styles that your eye is drawn to..and also, how do you feel when you see these images? That’s the most important factor to finding your interior design and decor style.
Merging different aesthetic preferences into one cohesive vision is a common challenge I navigate successfully. Through careful listening and strategic compromise, I create spaces that feel authentic to both partners while maintaining sophisticated unity throughout.
