- Tile selections. The Designer for a Day service starts at your home to brainstorm, measure, take pictures and set specific goals to achieve during our time together. Then we move on to the tasks which may include: on-line or live local shopping together. It can be used as a purchasing day, or an inspiration day, your choice, or a little of both! Example: You need to choose hard surface options, ie: floor & wall tiles and vanity counter options for your bathroom. We review your inspiration photos – which I would've asked you to prepare prior to our meeting. We define measurable goals for the day. Then we go to one tile store where I recommend 1-2 tile/stone palette options. As a handy reference for you, on the next business day you get a follow-up report along with images of the selections made.
