Design Mastery

I'm a problem solver first and
an interior designer/decorator second.

Three months to solve a 1/4-inch gap. Was it frustrating? Absolutely.
But this is what I do.
When challenges come up - and they always do - I always resolve them for my clients. I call my network, I research solutions, I make it happen.

Here's what my clients didn't have to do:
Research solutions
Call 7 different suppliers
Make repeated trips to fine tune the solution
Follow up repeatedly

My clients never made a single phone call to resolve this. I reassured them all along the way. I absorbed part of the installation cost to show good faith and acknowledge their frustration.

Did I have to? No. But that investment in the relationship matters far more than the cost. The fireplace is now finally complete.
My clients just get to enjoy it.

Every project has challenges. The difference is whether you're solving them yourself, or you've invested in someone who will.

Message me if you need an experienced design on your project manager as well.
